• Located inside the Salon's of Dallas at Knox, Suite# 32. near Potbelly, next to Orange Theory. There is parking located all around the building.
• The front door to the building may be locked, the pin number to get in with be in your confirmation email.
• When you walk in the building you will turn left and take a quick right my suite will be the first door on the left.
• If for some reason I'm running a little behind you will see a sign hung on the door please take a seat and be patient with me and I promise I'll be right out to get you!
• If you need to get in contact with me during work hours please TEXT me at (949) 677-1453 and I will get back to you ASAP, I will not answer the phone when I'm in service with a client!

🤍 Late Policy 🤍

• There is a 10 minute grace period when running late after your appointment starts before it is marked as a no-show.
• Please arrive early if you need to use the restroom as that can cut into the appointment time.

🤍Rescheduling/Cancellation/No-Show Policy🤍

• Cards are kept on file to minimize no-shows and will only be used in the event of one. Payments will be taken day of service in person.
• You can cancel or reschedule your appointment with at least a 24 hour notice, any later than that will result in a 50% charge of the total cost of your scheduled services.
• If you book an appointment and do not call or text to cancel or reschedule prior to your appointment time you will be considered a no-show. This will result in a 100% charge of the total cost of your scheduled services.
